Week 4 Workout :)
This is my second week of the Tabata workout. Included: my cardio of walking to school for 5-10 minutes (only filmed about 3.5 minutes) + my 2 days of working out!

-Do you prefer the 1-minute challenge or Tabata workout? Explain why.I personally like the Tabata workout better, which is very strange because it’s harder and I usually like easy workouts.
